About TCCC Staff

TCCC staff members respect the individuality of each child and implement educational and creative programs that give every child in their care an opportunity to succeed from the Infant classroom through the Kindergarten classroom.
About TCCC Management Team
The TCCC Management Team consists of: One full-time Senior Director, 2 Center Directors, Site-Coordinator between sites, a part-time Assistant Director at each site and an Executive Director, who provides general child expertise and management oversight in all areas of TCCC Center operations for both locations. TCCC is governed by an involved Board of Directors who support the Management team in their Commitment to Care as needed by serving on committees to include but are not limited to Legal, Communications, Human Resources, Finance, and Social. TCCC Management and TCCC Board of Directors work together to ensure that high-quality childcare is the focus for the children entrusted to our care.
TCCC also employs a full-time Office Manager who supports all of the financial functions of the Center, allowing the Directors to focus on the children, staff and exceptional programming that our families have come to expect.

Current Positions Available
Pre-K Lead Teacher
We are currently searching for and experienced Preschool/Pre-K Lead Teacher to join our McLean team. Applicants should have a minimum of 2 years experience working with children ages 36 to 60 months in a child care center.
Infant Lead Teacher
We are currently searching for and experienced Infant Lead Teacher to join our McLean team. Applicants should have a minimum of 2 years experience working with children ages 6 weeks to 16 months in a child care center.
We are currently searching for an Assistant Teacher to join our McLean or Spring Hill team. Applicants should have a minimum of 1 year experience working with children ages 6 weeks to 6 years in a child care center.
